Kaymak (clotted cream)

Kaymak - considered one of the first products derived by human from whole milk.

Despite the fact that the fat of kaymak is very high, it is a very useful product. In addition to taste features kaymak also possesses special microflora created in it as a result of lactic acid fermentation, which turns it into a useful product, especially for those who are hard to tolerate conventional fats.

Kaymak is rich by the following vitamins and minerals: vitamins A, B2, B3, B12, D, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iodine, molybdenum, cobalt.
