The INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS INTEGRATION INSTITUTE team took 3rd place at the world cup "Enactus 2013"

The “Artesian” Company actively supports many social and educational programs in Kyrgyzstan, including the movement Enactus.

The Kyrgyz youth team Enactus (formerly known as SIFE, Students in Free Enterprise) took the 3rd place in the league at the World Cup Enactus 2013, which was held in Cancun (Mexico) from September 29 to October 1. This is the best result of the year among teams from Central Asia.

This year at the international arena among 34 countries the Kyrgyz Republic was represented by the International Educational Programs Integration Institute of the Kyrgyz National University named after Zh.Balasagyn.

The international jury was presented by 3 projects of Kyrgyz athletes in the field of rural development, fisheries and garment industry.

Kyrgyzstan was in a league with teams from China, South Africa, France, and took the 3rd place.

For the final of the World Cup Enactus 2013 came 4 strongest teams in the world. The champion in 2013 was the team of Germany, 2nd place was taken by the United Kingdom, 3rd place - Nigeria, and closed the foursome leaders the team from Puerto Rico.

As noted the representatives of team from Kyrgyzstan, participating in the World Cup Enactus - a unique opportunity for development and invaluable experience for teams, new acquaintances, ideas, and powerful motivator for youth entrepreneurship.

Kyrgyz athletes were preparing for this event for several months. Thanks to the coordinated work of the national office Enactus in Kyrgyzstan , the Board of Directors and sponsors such as “Coca Cola Bishkek Bottlers” CJSC, Egoist group,  “Artesian” LLC, “ Inter Alliance” LLC, Silk Road Investment, Enactus IEPII team of 9 people could take part in this competition and represent Kyrgyzstan in Mexico, showing good results.
